Updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of syntlabs.tech (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), as well as interactions with Synt product development studio (hereinafter referred to as "Synt.", "we", "us") through the contact form and published communication channels.
By using the Site, browsing its content, or submitting a project inquiry, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision set forth herein, please discontinue using the Site immediately.
01. Site Status and Disclaimer of Public Offer
1.1. The website syntlabs.tech functions as an informational showcase and demonstration platform for Synt, intended to introduce prospective clients to our technical competencies, services, and engineering methodologies.
1.2. No information, copy, service specifications, case studies, methodologies, architectural diagrams, or indicative timelines (including any references to project completion windows or 14-day MVP turnarounds) published on the Site shall under any circumstances constitute a legally binding public offer or a unilateral promise of service delivery.
1.3. Submitting details via the contact form or reaching out directly through published channels (Telegram, Email) does not obligate the studio to take on a project nor does it establish a contract for development services.
1.4. All commercial, legal, financial, and technical commitments between parties (including precise deliverables, schedules, fixed budgets, warranties, and acceptance criteria) arise strictly upon mutual agreement on the Statement of Work and the execution of a formal bilateral contract (SOW / Master Services Agreement).
02. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. All assets comprising the Site, including but not limited to: the "synt." trademark and wordmark, brand identity, editorial copy, interface layouts, service taxonomy, source code, styling systems, visual assets, and interactive animations (including WebGL/3D graphics), are the exclusive intellectual property of Synt and are protected under international copyright treaties.
2.2. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view Site content through a web browser strictly for personal or informational business evaluation purposes.
2.3. The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Synt:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or mirroring any textual, graphical, or code assets from the Site;
- Deploying automated tools (scrapers, crawlers, parsers, or bots) to harvest data from the Site;
- Reverse-engineering the codebase, architectural patterns, or interactive shaders powering the Site.
03. Confidentiality of Inbound Project Concepts
3.1. We treat information regarding your business objectives with strict professional care. Any technical outlines, commercial context, prototype references, or preliminary specifications transmitted via the contact form or direct messaging are handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
3.2. By transmitting project materials via the Site, you warrant that you hold legitimate intellectual property rights over the shared data and that such transmission does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
3.3. If detailed evaluation requires sharing proprietary commercial secrets or protected source code prior to formal engagement, both parties shall execute a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
04. Acceptable Use Policy
When accessing or interacting with the Site, you agree not to:
- Utilize the contact form for unsolicited advertising, distribution of malicious payloads, link farming, or deceptive data submission;
- Attempt vulnerability scans, penetration tests, bypass attempts on honeypot security mechanisms, or compromise server hosting infrastructure;
- Execute actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately heavy load on Site infrastructure (including denial-of-service attacks or flood requests).
05. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. The Site, its assets, and any associated tools are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that interface availability will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely fail-safe.
5.2. Synt shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from access to or inability to use the Site;
- Temporary downtime due to scheduled maintenance, upstream cloud outages (Vercel, Cloudflare), or Internet backbone disruptions;
- Failure or delivery delays of form submissions caused by external mail server disruptions, spam filters, or third-party API bottlenecks (Telegram API, Resend);
- Actions or omissions of third-party actors across the Internet.
06. Third-Party Links and External Protocols
The Site may include hyperlinks to external platforms (such as Telegram, social media networks, and email protocols). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, security policies, or operational standards of external third-party services. Navigating external links is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

Any notices or inquiries delivered to the designated email address shall be deemed legally binding in written form.
08. Dispute Resolution and Good Faith
8.1. The parties agree to prioritize constructive, good-faith business negotiations to resolve any controversies, claims, or disagreements arising from the use of the Site or interpretation of these Terms.
8.2. A formal pre-trial dispute procedure is mandatory. The response window for any substantiated written complaint submitted to hello@synt.email is 30 calendar days from receipt.
09. Amendments and Updates
Synt reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms unilaterally at any time without advance notice.
